To Qualify for Payment Reduction Plan/ Sliding Fee Scale
  1. Complete Application at Tug River Health Association, Inc. site
  2. Provide proof of household income
  3. Provide information on number in household

The Tug River staff will then inform you of the percentage of the
amount of the cost that will be your responsibility for payment.

The process is simple and you may qualify for assistance on your
medical cost.
