Weight Loss Management:  A program
sponsored by P.E.I.A. that offers a variety of
services to help you lose weight. Services include
dietitian consultation, exercise physiology
consultation, personal trainer services and nurse
practitioner visits.  The program is medically
managed to assist you in achieving your healthy
weight goal!!!
Fit and Strong:  A program designed to strengthen muscle tone
and mobility surrounding lower extremity arthritic joints.  The eight
week class includes information on how to manage the pain of
arthritis and increase mobility.  Call Braxton and request an
application requiring your doctor's approval.
Membership:  Join as a member of the Tug River Total Fitness
Center and receive access to the facility with free weights, cardio
exercises, aerobics and much more.  A personal trainer is on duty at
all times and will assist you in making the most of your workout
routine.  Receive monthly body composition analysis to help you stay
on track.  Membership fees are very economical.
