A program sponsored by P.E.I.A. offering a variety of
services to help you lose weight. Services include dietitian
consultation, exercise physiology consultation, personal
trainer services and nurse practitioner visits.  The program
is medically managed to assist you in achieving your
healthy weight goal!!!
Membership
Join as a member of the Tug River Total Fitness Center and receive
access to the facility with free weights, cardio exercises, group classes
and much more.  A personal trainer is on duty at all times and will
assist you in making the most of your workout routine.  Receive
monthly body composition analysis to help you stay on track.  
Membership fees are very economical.

Pilates with Mary:  Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 and Thursday 6:30 - 7:00

Step Aerobics with Mary:   Monday 5:30 - 6:30 and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30
